I cooked this dish for my Spanish Tapas class.
I am a self taught home Chef inspired by other Chefs who also followed the same path of teaching themselves how to cook. Thomas Keller, Tom Colicchio, Ina Garten, Jamie Oliver had no formal culinary training.
From very early on, I spent time in the kitchen playing with the pots and pans as my mom cooked meals for our family. When I got a bit older, I loved cooking meals for my family and friends. I loved their reaction when they tasted the food and expressed how delicious their meal was.
Today, my passion for cooking has only grown and I love providing beautiful food for people to enjoy. I also have great passion for teaching intimate cooking classes. and bringing in guest chefs, sommeliers, artisans, farmers, and winemakers to create a unique sensory experience.
Late summer salad with pear tomatoes, roasted beets and toasted walnuts, mint and basil.
These are swiss chard and Harley’s Farm goats milk ricotta ravioli’s. Made from my fresh egg pasta and tomato sauce.
Braised chicken thighs. Delicious with polenta or roasted garlic mashed potatoes!
